About Us
Debbie Siegel, PhD is the President of Debbie Siegel Consulting, LLC, a talent management consulting firm that specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. Her 25 years of consulting experience, combined with her professional and personable approach, contribute to an impressive track record of helping executives and their teams to optimize their performance and impact. Debbie specializes in assessing and coaching senior and high potential leaders who are transitioning to broader and more challenging roles. She is known as a trusted partner and advisor to executives concerning the selection, onboarding and development of talent. In addition, Debbie brings experience and an interest in helping physician leaders excel within healthcare settings and businesses.
Debbie has been an Instructor of Consulting and Managerial Psychology at the following academic institutions: Northwestern University, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Prior to consulting, Debbie worked within the healthcare sector, counseling individuals and family members with chronic illnesses. She was a Psychology Fellow at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, a Researcher at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and a Clinical Social Worker at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Debbie has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
